ThinkerCast is more than a podcast — it’s a revival of thought.
The name itself bridges two worlds: The Thinker and the Podcast. It’s inspired by my great-grandfather, Cyrus Eaton, a visionary Canadian industrialist and philanthropist who founded the Pugwash Conferences on Science and World Affairs — an international movement that began right here in Nova Scotia. The conferences gathered the brightest minds of the 20th century — including Nobel laureates and global thinkers — to confront humanity’s most dangerous ideas: war, nuclear proliferation, and the moral responsibility of science.

At their spiritual heart stood the Thinkers’ Lodge in Pugwash — a place where honest conversation could change the world. Its symbol, The Great Thinker, reminds us that progress starts not with conformity, but with contemplation.

ThinkerCast carries that same torch forward — into the 21st century.
